Summer Rates: Apr. 1 - Nov 30    150.00 per night Apr. 1 - Nov 30    750.00 per week Apr. 1 - Nov 30    2,000.00 per month Winter Rates: Dec.1 - Mar. 31    200.00 per night Dec.1 - Mar. 31    1,000.00 per week A weekly rental may be required during holiday periods.

Additional Fees & Charges: $60.00 - cleaning fee after each visit $300.00 - security deposit (refundable after unit has been thoroughly checked for damage and keys are returned.) (Any damage found at check-in must be reported to owner immediately.) 7% - NC sales tax and 4% Bed Tax $60.00 - pet fee Cancellation Policies and Penalties: Cancellation requests must be made in writing (e-mail or U.S. Mail). If reservation is cancelled less than 21 days before scheduled check-in date 50% of room rental payment will be forfeited. If reservation is cancelled less than 7 days before scheduled check-in date 100% of room rental payment will be forfeited. We are not responsible for weather conditions.
